- In a marketplace full of choices our stencils rise above the commonplace. We offer a range of patterns with varying degrees of intricacy and price points to suit your needs. Many of our stencils include a collection of elements to provide you with a variety of options on a single sheet. Don't hesitate to cut apart the individual elements for ease of use.

Instructional Materials
e-Tutorials | Printed Tutorials
- We present a selection of fabulous designs that are created with you in mind. Instructional materials are intended for a single user, i.e., the original purchaser. Each design is registered with the U.S. copyright office and the instructional materials, whether received in print or electronic format, may not be reproduced in part or whole including photos, diagrams, patterns and/or text for the purpose of sharing, teaching or any means of disseminating the information.
- You may print the tutorials or portions thereof for personal study or private home use by the original purchaser. Patterns may be resized as desired for personal used. Patterns may not be duplicated for any other purpose, by any means, whether mechanically or by hand, nor distributed for any reason.
- You may teach from our tutorials; however, a tutorial must be purchased for each student in the class. If you have made modifications to the design or created it in a different medium you are not exempt from purchasing the tutorials. Your changes may be included along with our tutorial when distributed to the students.

- Our stamps are American made deeply-etched rubber, backed with a 1/8" thick cling mounting
- Each stamp design is original, registered with the U.S. copyright office and may not be copied or used for "inspiration".
- Limited commercial use: You may sell your finished tangible creations (cards, artwork, papercrafts, etc.) created using our stamps as long as you as the original purchaser/recipient have personally handmade each item you wish to offer for sale via a local market our craft fair. No mechanical reproduction of our stamp designs is allowed.
- Using any our stamps as part of a work intended for licensing/POD is prohibited.
Digital Products
Digi-Stamps | Printables | Templates, etc.
- Our digital imagery is all registered with the U.S. copyright office. Sharing of any digital products and/or downloads is strictly prohibited. Whether you received them for free or purchased these items they are intended for use by the original recipient/purchaser only. If you wish to share them please direct the person or group to our website: rebeccabaer.com to purchase and/or download their own copy.
- We encourage the use of our digital products for publishing in arts & craft magazines. Please be sure to include the product name and item number along with our website: rebeccabaer.com (at minimum). You may also include our phone number 301.797.1300 if you wish.
- You may print the digital products for personal use or to create finished tangible/handcrafted products for sale; however, you may not offer them as-is to anyone either for free or for purchase in any format whether print or electronic.
- You may create e-scrapbook pages for your personal use only. Personal pages must be flattened before sharing with friends and family.
- You may not use our imagery to create any digital products, scrapbook templates or layered items for free or for sale.
- Our original unaltered digital products may not be printed for distribution nor distributed via electronic means. They may not be shared as stand alone items nor as part of a collection.
- Limited commercial use: You may sell your finished physical creations created using our digital products as long as you as the original purchaser/recipient have personally handmade each creation you wish to offer for sale via a local market or craft fair. Finished creations using our digi-stamps or printables should reflect your own personal touch; you may not print any digital products for resale or free distribution in their original format. For example, a digi-stamp or printable background should be used as a part of a more complex item such as a tangible card or physical printed scrapbook page.
